Preventative Maintenance - Projector Maintenance

Elementary Technology offers a totally bespoke service and equipment management solution to your organisation. Today we manage and preventively maintain the equipment of more than one hundred educational organisations as well as various emergency services from across England and Wales.

Our engineers are based across the UK and along with our Account Managers offer an experienced and credible consultancy and management package designed to slash the cost of owning & running multimedia equipment.



The Gold Plan:

An initial audit of equipment make and model, serial numbers, hours used and general condition known as “The Complete Classroom Health check” followed by:

  • Engineers visiting your organisation on two further occasions per year in order to carry out a full 26 point projector service (Depending on make and model) including the dismount from the bracket, removal of the top cover, de-gunge with compressed air and vacuum through for dust, fibre & skin particles. Our engineers will also clean filters and lens inside and out as standard.
  • We will deliver a 5 point service to your interactive whiteboard including software & gallery update (providing we can access local administration rights); confirm connectivity to PC or laptop and condition of pens etc.
  • During the life of the classroom installation the brackets may have moved, screws come loose and connections degraded. Our service will inspect the physical installation and repair and report any faults found.
  • We will provide a full service report following this visit enabling you to better plan for the year ahead.
